Action of Macrolides and Chloramphenicol

This doucment is a part of a presentation, crerated by Arindam Mukherjee, when he was in 6th grade (20005) at
Springwood Middle school, IL. Bacterial Protein Synthesis apparatus known as Ribosome, is consisting of two structural units,
50s and 30s. The smaller sub-unit of ribosome binds on the mRNA tract, starts protein synthesis, by forming an initiation complex as shown in the next step ----

Plasmid Mediated Antibiotic Resistance in Bacteria

This doucment is a part of a presentation, crerated by Arindam Mukherjee, when he was in 6th grade (20005) at
Springwood Middle school, IL.Among the prokaryotes, namely bacteria, the transfer of the antimicrobial-resistance can be facilitated by special genetic element, called plasmid. This presentation shows the steps of transferring
the antimicrobial-resistance property from one bacteria to another bacteria.

Oracle 11g, Ajx, PHP, windows XP

PHP Bare-Bone Series: In this example a php-client uses Ajax script, and GETs the output from a server file, which queries a table called "EMP", in Oracle 11g database.
Somehow, PHP plugins in Eclipse IDE did not support html client during runtime. I therefore used a php-webpage as a client, which used ajax scripts to get the data from a server page.
I tested this application in windows xp professional (32 bit) operating system, using Apache 2.2 server, Eclipse and PHP plugins. However, NetBeans 7.1 supported ajax-rich-html client.
Here the client will hide the server from the viewrs. This application uses some functions like., "oci_connect","trigger_error", "oci_server_version($conn)" and "oci_fetch_array($stid, OCI_ASSOC+OCI_RETURN_NULLS)".
