Role of peptide growth factors/cytokines/vasoactive agents (FGF, PDGF, TGF-b, ET-1, ANG-II, VEGF, PlGF, IL-1b, IL-5,6,8 TNF-a, serotonin, adenosine, histamine) and their receptors in angiogenesis and tissue remodelling in the pathogenesis of heart failure, pulmonary hypertension, chronic airway diseases; Cardiovascular Genomics; Proteomics of cyclically stretched Smooth Muscle; Molecular Pharmacology of G-protein coupled receptors.
